AM: Look at stubble trial results, hear about No-Till, find out the latest on slug control; speakers include Rohan Wardle of SFS, Michael Nash from the Centre for Environmental Stress and Adaptation Research University of Melbourne; and Victorian No-Till president Rob Ruwoldt.
PLUS a panel of the speakers and three others will give an open forum for questions and debate on stubble retention pros and cons.
PM: Check out the demos of the big equipment of stubble bashing, crunching, sowing, discing and a variety of static displays.
Machinery will include: Great Plains No-Till Drill, Kuhne Disc Crumble roller, Ballarat Disc seeder, He-Va and disc seeder, Amazon, disc prickle chain, Stubble Cruncher, stubble dics and roller, grains sausages and others to be confirmed.
Other displays and information: Lawrie and Co (microbes), Camperdown Compost, Norm Cooper, Glenelg Hopkins Catchment Management Authority, National Bank, Molofoss and more.
